Web Designer - Fleet, Hampshire
A web designer is required for one of the UK's largest online job sites. CV-Library currently attracts over 2.1 million job seekers every month and is growing beyond expectations. With the current strategic plan to expand its network of niche job boards, we are looking for a highly creative web designer to develop the websites.

It is essential for the right person to have some web design experience; a high understanding of HTML and CSS (handcoded) and Photoshop is a must and it would be desirable to have a working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, flash, InDesign and Illustrator.

Supplying a link to your online portfolio of work, showcasing your design and coding skills within your CV would advantageous for your application.

Playing a key role within the design department you will liaise regularly with the development team, whilst also sharing and learning new techniques to improve the CV-Library website.

Your duties will include:

- Maintaining and developing the CV-Library website and its network of job boards.
- Creating design concepts for upcoming large scale projects
- Producing and integrating designs for client briefs, email marketing and affiliate programmes
- Producing design visuals for web-based projects
- Design, build and send email templates

You must:

- Show great attention to detail and have a high level of pride in your work
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have a passion for the latest web technologies and posses an excellent knowledge of design packages
- Be adaptable and able to prioritise
- Be self-managed and oversee the full life cycle of your designs, from conception and visualisation through to development and launch
- You will be confident, enthusiastic, driven and commercially aware; you will also be highly innovative and a strategic thinker.
