Reprographics Operator - Manchester, Greater Manchester
. To operate the reprographic and finishing equipment within a busy Print Room at a legal firm in Manchester. Liase with end users over specific print jobs and deal with customers in a professional and polished manner.
To prioritise work and complete within given deadlines.
Overview Of Job
• Operate high volume mono and colour devices (Ricoh devices) • Operate a wide format copier/printer/scanner (HP1120) • Use Microsoft standard packages and some bespoke software to collect, review and print user documents • Good knowledge of standard finishing equipment • Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office • Ability to work to a deadline and communicate any potential issues with meeting them • Some stock monitoring and control • Experience within the financial sector would be advantageous • Reporting any problems to the Manager • Good communication skills
This position will initially require the candidate to work on their own in the print room, so they must have good self management skills.
Due to the nature of the role other tasks will be required by the company on an adhoc basis. Overtime and additional hours may be required.
